Hello from Texas!

Just wanted to share some cool stuff happening here at The Inn on the Riverwalk. There couldn't have been a more perfect (or convenient) place to have the EE training while in San Antonio. The Inn is a quite and very private B&B. We wake up to the smell of breakfast, which is amazing! Our class eats a homemade breakfast and afterwards, we move some tables around and get to the good stuff! Thanks to Mrs Boyink, who we have nicknamed "Mom", I have some pictures of the EE class in action!

One really cool thing about Mike Boyink's class, he uses live examples of EE sites, built by him, to help us understand his instruction. He does an excellent job of explaining step by step, showing live examples, and then walking us through what he just taught so we are able to do it ourselves. Hands on learning! The EE class also had an "Open Mike Night". This happened mid-week when our brains were on the verge of overload. We ate pizza as a group (Thanks Mr and Mrs Boyink!) and then had the opportunity to ask questions and pick the expert's brain.

Oh, and to put a cherry on top, it is warmer here in San Antonio, TX than anywhere else in the Nation this week!
